Royal Society for Protection of Birds - Oxford Group

The society tries to protect birds from threats such as climate change, agricultural intensification, expansion of urban areas and transport infrastructure and over-exploitation of the seas.

Canal & River Trust

The Canal & River trust is a charity that cares for the 2,200-mile network of canals and rivers in England and Wales. Their role is to ensure that the waterways can be used for all to enjoy, now and for many years to come.

The National Trust

The Trust works to preserve and protect the buildings, countryside and coastline of England, Wales and Northern Ireland, in a range of ways, through practical conservation, learning and discovery, and encouraging everyone to visit and enjoy their national heritage.

The Youth Hostel Assocation

The Association aims to reach out and enhance the lives of all young people. They operate a network of more than 200 Youth Hostels, bunkhouses and camping barns across England and Wales. They are also part of an international network of Youth Hostels in 60 countries around the world.
