You will need to book a place on the walk with the leader by phoning them. Bookings will open at 9am 2 days before the walk.
Walkers should keep 2 metres apart and gloves should be worn at all times.

A walk starting with a circuit of Sunnymead Meadows, then crossing Cutteslowe Park to follow paths to Sparsey Bridge. Returning via a Community Woodland. Coffee stop en-route. Meet at Frieth Village Hall car park, free car park. Note that there is a larger parking area once you drive through the car park entrance. A beautiful and varied walk through classic Chiltern beechwoods and countryside, passing through the iconic villages of Fingest, Turville and Skirmett. A highlight is the spectacular view of Fingest from the surrounding hills. Ups and downs but nothing too steep. Bring refreshment for en-route break. Meet at Leafield School, park in the side road. A circular walk with excellent views of the Evenlode valley and river, villages and towns on the hills. Lots of history. Abandoned village remains, destroyed castle from a battle for the throne, Roman traces, Kingstanding Farm and Wychwood Forest. The route passes Ascott- under-Wychwood, Pudlicote and Chilson with a traverse of part of the Wychwood. Please bring a picnic or purchase drinks and snacks in Ascott-under-Wychwood shop.
