Meet at North Leigh Church. Park in Cemetery car park opposite the church. We walk north on track to Bridewell Farm, then south across fields to New Yatt, returning via the Wychwood Way to North Leigh church. At the end of the walk a chance to look in the church with its rare ‘Doom’ wall paintings. Pub in village. Bring refreshment for en-route break. Assistance dogs only. [name removed at their request]

Meet at Sandham Memorial Chapel (National Trust) car park, signposted off A34, 5 miles south of Newbury. The walk celebrates three lives to be remembered: Hal Sandham a Great War soldier, Stanley Spencer the artist and Brenda Parker a campaigner and walker from Hampshire. From Burghclere walking along the Brenda Parker Way with glimpses of the long spine of Watership Down and on to Earlstone Manor and returning along the Ox Drove. Bring refreshment for en-route break. Pub at end of walk. Assistance dogs only. Car sharing possible, please contact leader by Friday before the walk. Liz
